If you are having the problem where it is only showing some of your photos, check to see if your iPhone is set to optimize your photos to get more storage. Turn this feature off and then you have to click on each individual photo that you want to print in your camera roll and let it load completely. Then it will show up in your Instax app

Its a great app indeed. Since iOS 9 is out, why not modify & redesign the app. Make it nicer & suit the new iOS 9. Oh and if possible add more filters & some basic editing features. That is just a suggestion, but it you guys could do it, that would be really really great. Tq :D

The app has continuously refused to update and is stuck in the loading grey circle. While I might not have minded this before, it now completely prevents me from using the app as the "Update Now" notification will pop up and block any button from being touched. Fix this please.

I regret to purchase the Instax printer as I cant use it anymore since Fuji requires me to update to iOS 7. The moral of the story is think before buying hardware that related to Apple iOS. It can be obsolete very quickly.

I first reported this issue several months ago and it continues to go unfixed by Fuji. Now I have an iPhone 6S Plus running iOS 9 and I cannot print from local photos. The photo list never loads even after waiting 5 minutes. I dont know why Fuji will not address this issue. Reading the reviews shows that clearly I am not the only one. I hate writing bad reviews but I have no choice, the app just doesnt work.

This app won’t access my camera roll or photo stream. I have read that I am not the only one with this problem. Please fix or give directions as to what is wrong.

Doesn’t work after updating to iOS 9. Please update the app!

I visited the photo show in NY, in late Oct. I tried using this app on my new iPhone 6s plus. When I selected to choose a photo from the photos on my phone the app locked up. I wanted to print one of my photos. It appears that this feature will not work with iOS 9.1. It seems that people have been complaining for months that this also feature has been broken. I am considering returning my new instax printer. Fuji, why cant YOU FIX THIS???

Thank you to everyone who posted about the inability to print with iPhones. I am waiting for this to be fixed before I purchase the printer. It seems like it will be great once it is fixed.

Ive had this for a while & I love it, but Ive realized from others on various websites that the app does not work with the iOS 9.1 update. I am entering the password & it just say it is unable to connect to the printer. Fujifilm needs to update the app so I can actually use the printer again.

How are we supposed to actually print anything if this is not updated to work with the current iOS?

Wow. I can’t believe how huge this FAIL is. Your printer makes the Oprah favorite things christmas list and you can’t make the photos work on OS 9? Are you serious? I am not able to load up any photos the app fails out. What is the point if you can’t load up a photo you took a few mins ago???? I am sitting here wondering if I should send back the printer which is just out of the box.

Not sure what all the iOS 9.1 complaints are all about. Everything works like a charm out of the box. Yes, even on 9.1. Recommend the printer and app :)

I have an iPhone 6 with OS 9.1 and had zero issues wth this app. I will say though that they should include more clear directions on how to connect to the printer. Its not rocket science but it wasnt like my actual printer where I used my home wifi network to find the I stax printer, If that makes sense. It did exactly what I expected it to do and I would recommend as this is much easier than lugging around the actual camera! Only four stars because its a bit slow.

The app only shows 5 photos at a time, it appears to not be compatible with the camera roll.

Just received and love the prints! For those who are experiencing issues with 9.1, you have to manually choose the printer from your phone settings under your wifi settings. Once you manually connect to it - viola, it works like a charm.

This app worked fine with iOS 8, but has not worked since I updated to iOS 9. My phone connects to it just fine, but the app does not recognize that my phone and printer are connected. I have an iPhone 5. It worked for a friend who has the 5s.

I am very disappointed the app will not allow me to load Photos already stored on my phone. The printer will need to be sent back as it is useless without a working app.
