I cannot access my all my photos and it is slow to load.

Yall idiots you have to have the instax printer my printer is awesome!!!!

So Ive had this printer for over a year & when I first got it, it was great! I printed a lot of pictures within the first several months of getting it, never had a problem during this time. But after awhile, I havent used it for maybe 6-8 months, & I tried using it again recently, but it doesnt work anymore? The phone itself is able to connect via wifi to the printer (going through the iPhone wifi settings & selecting the instax wifi), but within the app in order to print, it says that it is not connected. I am also not able to change or remove the password after resetting the printer. Ive restarted my phone, printer, deleted & reinstalled the app, changed the batteries, and even the film. I even tried to connect it to other devices but no such luck in connecting the printer in the app & printing pictures. The speed of accessing my pictures within the app & actually navigating through the app is not a problem for me as per reviews prior to my own. Im pretty sure its the app that is causing the problem, since I didnt damage the physical printer, but Im not sure whats wrong? Please fix this! :(

I rarely write reviews but this printer is not cheap and its useless without this app working. It wont connect to the printer in the app or it says password is wrong and wont print. Stop selling this printer if it doesnt work with this app. This is fraud and horrible practices from a big company.

I have the exact same problem as Reeeshalei. I literally just got my printer today...it worked fine for the first 10 mins then when I try to connect later on it wouldnt anymore. I tried everything to get it to connect again but no luck. I think its the app thats the problem.

My printer in the app is saying that it cannot connect to the printer. There is nothing online that is proving to be helpful either. Im hoping its just a bug in the app that is being resolved, otherwise Im going to have to take the instax share back to the store. Highly disappointing!

You have to go to your wifi settings and select instax under your wifi settings. It wont connect via Bluetooth. After changing your wifi settings, you can connect and print but you have to go back to wifi settings to change to your regular wifi to surf the net and stuff. It works for me. I have an iPhone 6plus. Its weird to change via wifi settings and not Bluetooth enabled. But all the negative reviews got me nervous!!! I dont write feedback often but it seems everyone was having issues. Hope this helps!

I had no trouble using this with my iPad Air, and Im pretty much a dunce tech-wise. However, the prints it produces are even smaller than I had anticipated, and not very good, resolution and exposure being unpredictable. Its more of a toy than a real photo printer, and as such, its fun. Good for parties and kids old enough to manage it (8 or 9). You can do a few things like add borders, go b/w or sepia, zoom in and out, but still, its just a fun gadget.
