This App is broken

I visited the photo show in NY, in late Oct. I tried using this app on my new iPhone 6s plus. When I selected to choose a photo from the photos on my phone the app locked up. I wanted to print one of my photos.
It appears that this feature will not work with iOS 9.1.
It seems that people have been complaining for months that this also feature has been broken. I am considering returning my new instax printer.
Fuji, why cant YOU FIX THIS???
