Wow. I can’t believe how huge this FAIL is. Your printer makes the Oprah favorite things christmas list and you can’t make the photos work on OS 9? Are you serious?

I am not able to load up any photos the app fails out. What is the point if you can’t load up a photo you took a few mins ago???? I am sitting here wondering if I should send back the printer which is just out of the box.
